We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and always in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in conformity with the country-specific data protection provisions which apply to us and with the content of this data protection declaration.

Personal data

Personal data are only collected on our websites if you contact us and if you give details of your request. The data stated by you will not be transferred or sold to third parties outside the AMETRAS company group. Exception: Your request can be better processed by one of our official sales partner or subsidiary company due to reasons with regards to the content or due to the local proximity – then we will forward your request together with the collected data to the corresponding partner.

Furthermore, the data will only be stored as long as it is necessary for the performance of the task or during the business relationship. You have the right to information on the data you have stored with us. If you request, we will be pleased to inform you about that.

We would like to inform you that there may be security risks when data are transmitted in the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail). A complete protection of data from the access of third parties is impossible.

Contact form / registration form

If you send us requests by using our contact form or if you register for an event by using our registration form, your data contained in the form including the contact data you have provided there are stored for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of follow-up questions. These data will be only used within the AMETRAS company group and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.


Application form

We require different types of information. In particular, this includes your personal data with contact details as well as a description of your education, work experience and abilities. You have furthermore the possibility to make electronically stored documents such as certificates or letters available to us.

You promise with your application that the information provided by you are true. Please note that every false statement or conscious omission can lead to a rejection or subsequent dismissal.

We don’t need information from you which aren’t useful according to the General Equal Treatment Act (race, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability or sexual identity). You also should not send us details concerning diseases, pregnancy, ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical or religious beliefs, membership of a trade union, physical or mental health or sex life. The same applies to contents which are suited to violate rights of third parties (e.g. copyrights, press law or universal rights of third parties).

Collection, processing, utilisation and transmission of your application data

Personal data are only collected, stored, processed and utilised for purposes which are associated with your interest in a current or future employment in our company and with the processing of your application. A transmission to third parties outside the AMETRAS business group does not take place. Data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. are collected for the use of the online application process. These data serve in general to contact you regarding your application.

If your application is successful, the data provided can be used for administrative purposes during the course of your employment.

Only the relevant contact persons in our company will process and take note of your online application. Under no circumstances third parties outside the AMETRAS business group get knowledge of your data. The processing of the data only takes place in Germany.

Storage of application data

Should we be unable to offer you an employment, we will store the data transmitted by you for up to 6 months for the purpose to answer questions concerning your application and rejection.

If we are however fundamentally interested in your application documents and if there is no suitable employment available only at the present time, you hereby give your consent to us to maintain and store your data accordingly. Thus, we are able to contact you concerning future job offers.


Registration on this website

You can register on our website in order to use additional functions on this site. We only use the data which you entered via our website for the purpose of the use of the respective offer or service for which you have registered.

We use the e-mail address indicated on the registration form for important changes as for example the scope of the offer or technically necessary modifications in order to inform you on this way.


Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We only collect, process and use personal data as far as they are necessary for justification, content arrangement or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). Inventory data are used by the AMETRAS business group for purposes of information by e-mail/telephone/post.

We only collect, process and use personal data concerning the usage of our website (user data) as far as it is necessary to enable the user to make use of the service or to bill these services. 


Information, deletion, blocking, cancellation

You have the right, at any time, to obtain free information about origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have a right to request the rectification, blocking or deletion of these data. If your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interests according to art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit f GDPR, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data according to art. 21 GDPR as far as reasons arising out of your particular situation exist for this.

You may revoke a declaration of consent given to us at any time and free of charge with effect for the future. The respective data will then be deleted without delay.

This website uses CleverReach for the delivery of customer information.

CleverReach is a service which allows the mail delivery to be organised and analysed.
The entered data (e.g. e-mail address) will be stored on the servers of CleverReach in Germany or rather Ireland. Our customer information delivered by CleverReach allow us to analyse the behaviour of the recipients. On this occasion, it can be analysed among other things how many recipients have opened the message and how often which link has been clicked on in the letter. Using the so-called Conversion-Trackings it can furthermore be analysed whether a previously defined action has taken place by clicking on the link in the letter.

We use the Google service reCaptcha in order to find out whether a human or a computer makes a certain entry in our contact or newsletter form. Google will examine by means of the following data whether you are a human or a computer: IP address of the device used, our website which you visit and where the service Captcha is integrated, the date and the duration of the visit, the identification data of the used browser and operating system type, Google account when you are logged in at Google, mouse movements on the reCaptcha slots as well as tasks where you have to identify pictures. Daten und Nutzungszwecke

Im Rahmen der Umfrage erfassen wir Ihre Antworten auf die einzelnen Fragen.
Die Teilnahme an der Umfrage ist freiwillig, ebenso die Beantwortung einzelner Fragen.
Anhand der Umfrage-Ergebnisse erstellen wir Auswertungen.
Wir nutzen Ihre Email-Adresse dahingegen, um Ihre Antworten Ihrer Person zuordnen zu können.
Darüber hinaus nutzen wir die Umfrageergebnisse zur Kontaktaufnahme durch unser Team aus der Kundenbetreuung/den Vertrieb.


Nach Abschluss der Kontaktaufnahme werden die Daten zu statistischen Zwecken anonymisiert aufbewahrt. D.h. wir löschen die Verknüpfung zwischen Ihrem Namen bzw. Ihrer Email-Adresse und Ihren Antworten mit Abschluss der Kontaktaufnahme bzw. der Vertriebstätigkeit. 



Zum Versand der Einladungsmails und zur technischen Durchführung der Umfrage können wir Dienstleister nutzen, die Ihre Daten nach unseren Weisungen verarbeiten (sog. „Auftragsverarbeiter“). Die Inhalte der Umfrage werden von der AMETRAS erstellt. Die von Ihnen übermittelten Daten werden an die AMETRAS gesendet.


Sofern Sie eine Einwilligung in die Nutzung Ihrer Kontaktdaten für Umfragen erteilt haben ist Rechtsgrundlage für die entsprechende Nutzung Ihre Einwilligung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. Die Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen. Dies gilt auch für Einwilligungen, die Sie vor Inkrafttreten der DSGVO (25. Mai 2018) erteilt haben. Wenn Sie an einer Online-Umfrage in Folge einer Veranstaltung teilnehmen ist Rechtsgrundlage die Durchführung des vertraglichen Verhältnisses betreffend die Veranstaltung (sofern Umfragen vorgesehen sind). 

In den übrigen Fällen ist Rechtsgrundlage für die Nutzung Ihrer Kontaktdaten für die Online-Umfrage unser berechtigtes Interesse an entsprechenden Umfragen zur Optimierung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen und zur Marktforschung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO.

Rechtsgrundlage für die Erhebung und Nutzung Ihrer Antworten ist die Durchführung der rechtlichen Beziehung, die zwischen Ihnen und uns mit Ihrer Teilnahme an der Online-Umfrage entsteht, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit b) DSGVO.



Im Rahmen der technischen Abwicklung der Online-Umfragen werden technisch bedingt bestimmte Daten erfasst.

Wenn Sie eine einzelne Seite der Online-Umfrage aufrufen, erfassen unsere Web-Server in einer Log-Datei standardmäßig die IP-Adresse Ihres Rechners, die Adresse (URL) der abgerufenen Seite, Datum und Uhrzeit des Abrufs, etwaige Fehlermeldungen und ggf. das Betriebssystem und die Browser-Software Ihres Endgerätes sowie die Webseite, von der aus Sie uns besuchen. Die Logfile-Daten werden von uns ausschließlich zur Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit unserer Dienste verwendet (z.B. Fehleranalyse, Gewährleistung der Systemsicherheit und Schutz vor Missbrauch) und nach 90 Tagen gelöscht.

Wir verknüpfen Logfile-Daten nicht mit Ihrem Namen, Ihrer Email-Adresse oder Ihren Antworten.

Soweit im Einzelfall Logfile-Daten als personenbezogene Daten zu qualifizieren sind, ist Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung der Logfile-Daten unsere berechtigten Interessen (Fehleranalyse, Gewährleistung der Systemsicherheit und Schutz vor Missbrauch), Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit f) DSGVO.
